What is an Accessory Dwelling Unit?
An Accessory Dwelling Unit, or "Tiny Home", is a separate living space that can be added to a property. ADUs may be “attached,” meaning it is connected to the primary building, or “detached,” meaning it is separate from a primary building). In either case, an ADU has its own entryway, kitchen, and bathroom.
Utah is in a bad housing crisis, demand growing every month and home building permits are slowing down. An ADU is the best way to leverage this crisis and build residual income for yourself. Salt Lake and Utah country have created new legislation to make loans available with low interest rates.
